RETURN POLICY
SKIN CARE PRODUCTS:
Unopened products, in original packaging may be returned for credit or exchanged within 30 days. We cannot accept returns on opened skin care or cosmetic products.
- Receipt required.
- Original purchase value will be applied to client account or Gift Card.
- A store credit or product exchange may be given for any opened item that is returned due to an adverse reaction that a client has experienced while using that product. The client must consult with a technician within 30 days of product purchase.
NO returns/exchanges on prescription products. If you have questions or concerns about prescription items, please contact 402.596.4000 and speak to one of our providers.
NO returns on Gift Card purchases.
SERVICES:
NO refunds on pre-purchased services at any time.
- If for some reason you are not able to use an un-rendered, pre-paid service, you may do a one-time exchange of the unused portion toward other services or the original purchase value may be applied to client account or Gift Card.
