Gift Card Terms and Return Policies

GIFT CARD POLICY:

Use and Acceptance: Use of this Gift Card constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

No hidden fees: The full amount of the purchased gift card is applied to services or products from Dreams MedSpa exclusively. There are no hidden fees; no activation fees, no set up fees, no maintenance or redemption fees.

Cancellation: Gift cards are fully refundable for 30 days after purchase and are refunded using the same method by which they were bought. After 30 days, gift cards are redeemable for products and services only.

Replacement: If lost or stolen, this Gift Card cannot be replaced without the original sales receipt. Replacement value will be the value of the gift card at the time the card is reported lost or stolen

Redemption and value: Gift cards are issued and redeemed in US dollars. If there is a balance left on the gift card after services or products are provided, the balance amount is non-refundable but can be used for future services or products. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash by the recipient. If an order exceeds the amount of a Gift Card, the remaining balance must be paid. GIFT CARDS EXPIRE AFTER (1) ONE YEAR OF PURCHASE DATE.

Merchant Rights: UNMC Physicians reserves the right to refuse a gift card as payment for services if there is reasonable doubt as to the gift card’s authenticity.

Expiration: Card will become inactive after 12 months of date of issuance, except where prohibited by law.

Modification of Terms and Conditions: UNMC Physicians reserves the right to add, delete and/or modify any of these terms and conditions, at any time, in its sole discretion, by posting a change notice on www.surgeryvp.com.

Indemnification: Purchaser will indemnify, hold harmless and defend UNMC Physicians, its affiliates, and their respective members, managers, shareholders, directors, officers, employees and agents from and against any harm or claim that may arise from any act or failure to act on the part of purchaser.

Choice of Law: This Agreement will be interpreted and construed under and governed by the laws of Nebraska and any dispute between the Parties or their officers, directors, employees, shareholders, members, managers or authorized agents will be governed by and determined in accordance with the substantive law of the State of Nebraska, which laws will prevail in the event of any conflict of law.

RETURN POLICY:

PRODUCTS:

Unopened Products, in original packaging may be returned for credit or exchanged within 30 days. We cannot accept returns on opened skincare or cosmetic products.

  • Receipt required
  • Original purchase value will be applied to client account or Gift Card
  • A store credit or product exchange may be given for any opened item that is returned due to an adverse reaction that a client has experienced while using that product. The client must consult with a technician within 30 days of product purchase.

NO returns/exchanges on prescription products. If you have questions or concerns about prescription items, please contact 402-596-4000 and speak to one of our providers.
NO returns on Gift Card purchases

SERVICES:

  • NO refunds on pre-purchased services at any time
    • If for some reason you are not able to use an un-rendered, pre-paid service, you may do a one-time exchange of the unused portion toward other services or the original purchase value may be applied to client account or Gift Card.
