Insurance

We believe the first step in any successful cosmetic or reconstructive procedure is open and honest communication between doctor and patient, and that includes payment for our services. Insurance companies typically do not contribute to elective procedures such as breast augmentations, tummy tucks or liposuction. The same goes for any service at Dreams MedSpa.

Our cosmetic consultations are free, so if the procedure you are interested in is not billed though insurance, you will not be charged a fee.

If there’s a chance your procedure could be covered by insurance, we’ll let you know when you call to make your appointment. After your consultation, if we determine that your procedure should be covered by your insurance provider, we will then bill your insurance for an office visit. In special cases such as functional eye lid surgery, after your consultation, we will write a letter to your insurance company on your behalf asking for coverage approval. In these cases, insurance companies usually respond in about 8 weeks.

Financing

Financing options for your procedure are available. To explore your options, please give us a call at 402.596.4000 and ask to be transferred to a financial counselor.

If financing is not arranged prior to your surgery, payment for your procedure is to be paid in full two weeks prior to the surgery date.

  • Dr. Miller and his team at Dreams Med Spa did a wonderful job from pre-op to surgery and follow up examinations. Takes the time to listen and finds exactly what works for you. Clean office and pre-op rooms, private and professional staff as well as on time appts. and follow up cares. I will be using them for any future needs I may have

  • Because I was treated for breast cancer at 32, I was fairly certain I would opt for reconstructive surgery. I didn't know which doc to go with. I'm so thankful someone steered me towards Dr. Miller. The process is a little lengthy in nature and getting "fills" to stretch the tissue to accommodate the new breast implants was not my favorite. But, cancer treatment is not a sprint...It's a marathon and this was just part of the treatment and recovery process. The discomfort was worth it, without a doubt. I'd do it again.

  • Since i was younger i knew i always wanted bigger breast. Once i was able to afford it i knew i had to do it and i’m soooo glad i did! This process was smooth and easier then i thought. If you are even questioning the procedure i suggest at least going in for a free consultation!!
